This role is based in Farnborough, Hampshire with 2 days per week in the office. Our office is within walking distance of the train station and has free parking. This is a full-time position, however work life balance is important to us and so we are open to discussion on flexible working patterns (minimum 4 days per week).
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 + bonus
Fixed term contract for 12 months
About the role:
This is a key role in the Commercial team, working closely with the Senior Commercial Manager and Commercial Director to support the delivery of commercial performance across our holiday brands. You will be responsible for analysing trading data, supporting pricing and tactical decisions, contributing to promotional planning, and helping to ensure that the business achieves its revenue and passenger targets. You will also play a key role in supporting communication and coordination between teams, ensuring commercial priorities are implemented effectively across the business. Responsibilities:
Monitor and report on trading performance across seasons and destinations.
Analyse data to help inform pricing, promotions and tactical activity.
Assist with the creation of flight supplements, accommodation pricing, and offer construction.
Support the Senior Commercial Manager in implementing commercial strategies.
Work closely with Product, Marketing, Ecommerce, Sales and Agency teams to ensure commercial priorities are delivered.
Track competitor pricing, offers and policies, feeding insights back to the commercial team.
Assist with the preparation and delivery of weekly commercial meetings and trading updates.
Help develop and maintain internal processes that support efficient commercial decision-making.
Provide input into cross-functional promotional campaigns.
Respond to ad hoc commercial queries and provide timely analysis and insights.
Contribute to planning and execution of new product launches or commercial initiatives.
Collaborate with Finance to ensure accurate revenue reporting and margin control.
Ensure compliance with commercial governance, approval processes and pricing rules.
Provide commercial input into digital initiatives, including website merchandising and conversion optimisation.

Strong numerical and analytical skills with commercial acumen.
Proficient in Excel and confident working with data to draw out key insights.
Experience working in a commercial, pricing, or trading environment.
Good communicator – able to present ideas clearly and build relationships across teams.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable working to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Positive, proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.
Passion for, or experience working in travel, or an understanding of the booking/customer journey is desirable.
