Our Overseas Resourcing & On-Boarding Team is there to employ both our winter and walking holiday programs. We attract talent from all across Europe & the UK to ensure we have the right employees in Resorts to provide the best possible guest experience. Our experienced recruitment team interviews and assess candidates skills and suitability to join our existing Resort Teams. Our On-Boarding Team then assists all candidates through the contracting and document collection phase to providing both the insurance and essential staff travel details.
Our Mobility team are involved in everything necessary to legally employ our staff in another country, whether on a temporary or indefinite basis. This includes obtaining work permits, visas and Residency Permits, as well as the associated in country administrative and immigration formalities upon their arrival. Additionally, we assist with registrations for social security & tax identification numbers and source appropriate insurance for our teams overseas. We make sure that the terms & conditions of our employment offering is in line with local legislation and any applicable industry Collective Bargaining Agreements.
