This position is home based on a remote contract and is full-time, however work life balance is important to us and so we are open to discussion on flexible working patterns (minimum 4 days per week). The geographical territory region is Southern UK.
In an average week, you will spend 3-4 days on the road and 1-2 from home. During our peak booking period, you will be 100% home based supporting our head office contact centre operations.
Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 + bonus and mileage expenses
About the role:
This role is pivotal in driving visibility and awareness of our brands and product portfolio. As an on-the-road sales position, the Agency Sales Executive is responsible for delivering measurable sales results and ROI against company targets and objectives. The role focuses on communicating key messages, driving engagement, and strengthening relationships with agent partners across the south. It also plays a critical role in feeding insights back into the wider business, including market trends, opportunities, and barriers experienced by agents.
To be effective, the role requires active involvement in training sessions, presentations, events, conferences, and roadshows. This includes regular travel, occasional evening and weekend work, and overnight stays. You will use your understanding of the travel agency market to influence performance and drive commercial success through strategic relationship management working alongside the Key Account Managers.

Knowledge of the leisure travel industry is required.
Excellent communication skills at all levels in verbal and written including face to face.
Proven record of outstanding relationship building.
Understand Inghams and Santa's Lapland positioning within travel agency distribution and how to develop it further.
Understanding of social media channels.
Knowledge of PowerPoint.
Must be self-motivated and be able to work alone as well as an integral part of a team to complete daily tasks efficiently.
Experienced with reporting and booking tools.
Flexible approach to working hours and able to work evenings and weekends as required with overnight stays.
Valid driver’s licence and access to your own car.
