Key areas:
Analysing the entire customer journey from first touchpoint to final booking to identify how channels contribute to conversion, and provide clear recommendations to optimise campaign performance and improve ROI.

Produce and present regular reports that translate complex data into clear, compelling insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Build and maintain automated data pipelines to deliver consistent, reliable information at speed, empowering teams with up-to-date, self-serve dashboards that accelerate decision-making and business agility.
Oversee and maintain Google Tag Manager to ensure all website events and pixels are accurately implemented and functioning across GA4 and advertising platforms.
Benchmark performance against external market or competitor data to provide meaningful context and actionable insights for optimisation.
Empower strategy with advanced forecasting and segmentation.
Work with cross-functional teams to align data integration and reporting to business priorities, championing governance and data quality to maintain accuracy and trust in insights.
Be the go-to person for marketing and ecommerce analytics, providing clarity, insight, and ad hoc support across the business.
Am I the right person? We are looking for your application to demonstrate:
Strong analytics experience, ideally in digital or performance marketing.
Ability to confidently integrate and consolidate data from multiple internal and external sources using Power BI and SQL.
Hands-on experience with tools like GA4, GTM, GSC, Infinity, Funnel, Looker Glassbox, Meta, Google and Microsoft Ads.
Strong communicator who can influence decisions and tell stories with data.
Motivated and driven by commercial outcomes.
Highly organised, detail-orientated and able to manage multiple reporting deadlines.
Experience using multi-variant testing tools or leveraging AI/machine learning for marketing insight is desirable.
Sustainability and responsible tourism is at our core and our values will be close to your heart.
