This role is based in Farnborough, Hampshire with 2 days per week in the office. Our office is within walking distance of the train station and has free parking. This is a full-time position, however work life balance is important to us and so we are open to discussion on flexible working patterns (minimum 4 days per week).

Salary: £25,000 + bonus

About the role:

You will be part of our inventory team ensuring that our databases containing records of holiday related inventory are fully up-to-date.

In our reservations system you will:

• Load and maintain records of accommodation, excursions, ski extras, car hire, and transfers.
• Load and maintain allocations, releases, restrictions and pricing rules.
• Load and maintain the setup of multi centre and tours.
• Load cost and sell prices.
• Cross check the loading with the team.
• Process corrections and changes to allow a flexible selling process.
• Work with the Product team to agree any changes to the programme.
• Liaise with Reservations/Admin for booking queries.
• Liaise with Finance for invoice cost queries.

In our overseas database system you will:

• Load and maintain pre-bookable items to be reported.
• Load and maintain locally sold inventory.
• Load and maintain cost and sell prices.
