Our HR team is a shared service function, providing services across the whole of the UK group. We are responsible for a wide range of functions related to the employee’s life cycle with the business. This includes recruitment and selection, ensuring we attract and hire the right talent. Overseeing the onboarding process to ensure a smooth integration of new employees. We play a crucial role in training and developing employees, fostering their professional growth. Whilst also focusing on employee engagement to promote a positive company culture to enhance morale and productivity. Overall, the HR department serves as a strategic partner in nurturing the organisation's people and fostering a positive work environment for the success and growth of the company.
