Holiday Database Administrator
Use your strong administration skills to keep our database systems up-to-date with records of accommodation, excursions, ski extras, car hire, transfers and prices, to ensure we can meet demand

This role is based in Farnborough, Hampshire with 2 days per week in the office. Our office is within walking distance of the train station and has free parking. This is a full-time position, however work life balance is important to us and so we are open to discussion on flexible working patterns (minimum 4 days per week).
Salary: £25,000 + bonus
About the role:
You will be part of our inventory team ensuring that our databases containing records of holiday related inventory are fully up-to-date, including:
- Responding to departmental queries via email/teams.
- Maintaining and updating records of our accommodation products in our database.
- Amending prices of our ancillaries (ski packs, excursions, tickets) in our database.
- Set up new products in the database for our commercial and product teams.

- Strong administration experience.
- Excellent skills with using databases.
- Methodical and numerate approach.
- Able to focus on all areas of a task using accuracy and attention to detail.
- Has experience of prioritisation, time management and problem solving.
- Has excellent communication skills.
- Able to work under pressure and to meet brochure deadlines.
- Able to work logically and collaboratively.
